Morecambe Promenade
Two trains a day run from Lancaster via Morecambe to Heysham harbour for sailings to the Isle of Man. There is a frequent service between Morecambe and Lancaster. The line to Heysham enters Morecambe station from the south a little before the platform end. The station is a modern island-platform replacement for the fine Promenade Station built by the Midland Railway. It is staffed for most of the day, and is a short walk from the sea front and town centre. Buses stop nearby.
